Refund policy
REFUNDS AND WARRANTIES
All products come with a warranty period as outlined below.
WARRANTY PERIODS
Car electronics (including car stereos, push-start systems, GPS trackers, dash cameras): 6 months
Household appliances (including televisions, blenders, microwaves, air fryers, electric kettles, toasters, mini ovens, fans, and similar appliances):
- Items valued above $150: 90 days minimum warranty
- Items valued at $150 or below: 30 days warranty
Bluetooth speakers and surround sound systems:
- Items valued above $150: 90 days warranty
- Items valued at $150 or below: 30 days warranty
All other items: 30 days
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The warranty will be voided if:
- The product is misused, mishandled, or improperly installed
- The product is altered, tampered with, or repaired by an unauthorized person
Upon receiving the item, the client must inspect and test the product to ensure it is functioning properly before leaving the store or before the delivery driver departs.
The client must notify us of any issues within the applicable warranty period.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from normal use, wear and tear, or accidental damage
- Power surges, water damage, or improper voltage use
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT (DASH CAMERAS)
Upon purchasing dash cameras, clients will be provided with a list of our recognized/certified electricians. Installation must be completed by one of these electricians for the warranty to be honored.
CLAIMS & ASSESSMENT
- All returned items will be examined by our technical team before a final decision is made
- Clients may be required to submit photo or video evidence for troubleshooting and claim verification
- Once the assessment is complete, the client will be notified of the outcome
RESOLUTIONS
Depending on the outcome of the assessment, the client may receive:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund (via cheque or bank transfer)
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, the client may be entitled to a full refund, replacement, or store credit.
REFUND & RESTOCKING POLICY
- No receipt = No refund
- We do not issue cash refunds. Refunds are processed via cheque or bank transfer only
For items returned without any fault:
- A minimum administrative/restocking fee of $25 or 25% of the product value (whichever is greater) may be applied
- Refunds will be issued via cheque or bank transfer minus applicable fees
- If the client opts for store credit, the amount issued may be the full value of the product
Additional conditions:
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all original contents; otherwise, no refund will be issued
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return does not meet our policy requirements
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Cellphone mounts: Warranty covers breakage of the mount only
- Fraudulent claims or returning fully functional items may result in future warranty claims being denied
CHANGES TO TERMS
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will supersede all previous versions. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
