Our refund policy
REFUNDS AND WARRANTIESÂ
The Warranty period for all products except dash cameras are (2) weeks (14 days) and all of our dash cameras have a (30) thirty day warranty.
Voiding of a warranty when the user misuses the product.
Voiding of a warranty when the user alters the product in any way.
Upon receiving the item client should ensure they inspect it and ensure it’s working before leave the store or delivery driver leaves.Â
Client must notify us of any issues within the warranty period.
Please note we do not issue cash refunds.
We don’t issue refunds for working products.
We don’t issue exchanges for working products.
The warranty does not cover the item becoming broken as a result of use.
When damaged, products will be examined by our tech team before a conclusion is made regarding the result of your claim. Â
Cellphone mounts warranty covers the phone mount belonging broken only.
Clients will be required to send video footage of as evidence.
Once our team comes to a conclusion regarding your claim you’ll be notified.

The product will be replaced or the client will be granted store credit.
Some cases we will charge a minimum of $25 or 25% administrative fee  of the products value if the item is returned without having an issue and unused after 1 day after purchase. If not received within one day a 40% restocking fee will be charged.
If you have a fraudulent claim or returned a working item your future claims may be voided. Â

Delivery Policy:
After you book a delivery, our team will contact you to confirm the date.
Only Mondays through Fridays are deliveries made.Deliveries are made between 9:00am to 5pm.Our standard shipping time is 1-2 business days, but if we receive a lot of orders (for instance, during sales, promotions, or around Christmas), we might send it in 2-4 business days rather than the standard period.Our standard delivery fee is $10 islandwide.You will be able to select the option that best meets your requirements.Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Upon delivery or collection client should ensure that the item they have received meets there requirements and it’s what they want.They is a collection fee for all exchanges or returned items.If you do not accept these terms you should refuse the item at delivery or collection.By taking the item at delivery or collection you agree in full to these terms.These terms may be changed without prior notice.
